When somebody asks you to imagine an African safari, the chances are, whether you know it or not, that what comes to mind is an image of an East African landscape.

From the flat, open plains shown in the opening scenes of The Lion King to the rich jungles of Gorillas in the Mist, East Africa is home to abundant wildlife and iconic landscapes. However, you’d be mistaken if you thought that was all it had to offer.

New African Safaris has completed over 60 tours of Africa, and we can advise you on the best way to plan a safari and beach holiday from East Africa, or the best way to take in both the wildebeest migration in East Africa plus a trip to the thundering Victoria Falls in Southern Africa, for example.

Get in touch and tell us your African travel ideas, and let us help you start planning your East African dream safari today.

Pristine beaches, historic coffee plantations, and unique culture are just some of what this part of the continent offers.

In East Africa the majestic wildebeest migration happens all year round in different locations.

Kenya Tours

This country has a wealth of experiences to add to your East African safari itinerary.

Climb Mount Kenya, sail on a dhow on your combined Kenya safari plus beach holiday, or immerse yourself in one of Kenya’s rich cultural festivals.

If you’re just in it for the safaris, you’ll be spoiled for choice! There are over 40 Kenya game parks and reserves, with the Masai Mara, Samburu National Reserve, and Amboseli National Park featuring among them.

New African Safaris can help you plan the ideal personal safari package to suit your budget and tastes.

Whether you’re looking for a luxury East African safari filled with romance, or an adventure family holiday you’ll never forget, Kenya has something to offer everyone.

It’s not all cheetahs, Big 5 safari animals and giraffes! Marvel (and perhaps laugh) at vast flocks of flamingos – perhaps Africa’s most comical bird, whose feathers turn pink from the tiny crustaceans and algae that they eat.

You might like to do a deep dive into the treasure trove that Kenya has to offer tourists, or add a trip to Tanzania to your private East African safari package.

Perhaps you’d like to round off your safari holiday with a visit to the Indian Ocean island of Mauritius for a bit of sea, sun, and relaxation, or look for gorillas in nearby Uganda or Rwanda.

Let New African Safaris help you start planning your East African safari vacation today.
